📄 1. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This policy applies to consumers within the meaning of Article 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Anavashop, Pichelsdorfer Straße 39, 13595 Berlin, Germany, Email: [insert email]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that arise if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery

  • goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized
